  • Location: Baghdad, Iraq

  • Work closely with the marketing team in Dubai, UAE
  • Develop & execute marketing strategies with the marketing team in Dubai, UAE to achieve business objectives
  • Create and execute marketing calendar for online and offline activities in Iraq
  • Collaborate with the creative team in Dubai, UAE to design marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns)
  • Oversee and execute all marketing campaigns for our brands in Iraq, and monitor closely ROI performance for measurable initiatives using analytical tools where relevant
  • Monitor campaigns online & offline, meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks in line with marketing calendar
  • Promote our company business, products, and service in line with Dubai UAE corporate direction, & guidelines to ensure we preserve brand equity image, & we follow priorities
  • Prepare reports for the Head of Marketing (based in Dubai, UAE) on the progress of marketing activities and results of our campaigns
  • Actively think outside the box to develop new ideas to improve local marketing and our brands exposure
  • Connects with local production houses and agencies for smooth campaign execution in alignment with the Head of Marketing
  • Plan exciting brand activations, whether online, offline, or at events in line with the marketing plans, and calendar
  • Manage budgets efficiently in alignment with Head of Marketing for marketing activities to ensure we are using resources wisely
  • Align with Head of Marketing on the set marketing priorities, goals, KPIs & performance metrics
  • Enhance customer journey touchpoints for a better overall experience, ensure the use of the assigned CRM tool to communicate with customers locally & report back performance
  • Stay updated locally on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to Masa industry. Monitor closely the competition activities online, and offline then report it to the Head of Marketing.
  • Marketing intelligence and research: Reach out to local research Agency that can work on QUAL, QUAL specific projects (focus groups, surveys) in line with Head of Marketing
  • Collaborate with sales, product, Ecomm, & other departments to align marketing efforts looping in the Head of Marketing in Dubai, UAE
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, monitor and protect the company’s brand image in the marketplace

  • Experience in leading and executing marketing campaign and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tools (CRM), and techniques
  • Very good knowledge of digital marketing platforms, & website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc) and keeps up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience in social media (managing influencers, etc)
  • Skills in planning events with attention to detail
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

  • Master’s / Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10 years’ experience in marketing (including social media, digital, etc)
  • Has previous experience working with international companies or agencies
  • Communication in English and Arabic is a must
