Hiring for the following Vacancy:
- Position Title: Sales Director – KSA
- Location: Riyadh, KSA
- Preferred Experience: 12-15 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand brand presence in the KSA air conditioning and home appliances market, driving growth.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets through strong leadership and strategic vision.
- Manage and grow the customer base across channels, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key clients, and other stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and promotions with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to increase market share, and guide the team in execution.
- Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and quality standards across the organization.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team, setting KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide regular performance reports to management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align sales strategies with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Foster accountability, driving ownership and results while offering ongoing feedback and support.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of senior sales experience, ideally in air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries
- Strong network in the KSA market, with a proven ability to build and maintain high-level business relationships
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams, driving performance, and fostering a high performance culture
- Expertise in negotiating with major accounts, distributors, and retailers, with a focus on long-term partnerships
- In-depth knowledge of the KSA market, competition, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets
- Results-driven, able to lead by example and work independently to achieve business goals
